Resolution for Dissatisfied Customers:

Assessment and Action:
Upon receiving the email, our team will promptly assess the complaint to determine its validity. The following actions may be taken depending on the outcome of our assessment:

Reimbursement: If the complaint is found valid, we will refund the cost of the prints. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Reprint and Reshipment: Alternatively, we can opt to reprint the product and send it again to the customer at no additional cost, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
